Point Mugu State Park, in Malibu, is located in the Santa Monica Mountains. The park features five miles of ocean shoreline with lots of rocky bluffs, sandy beaches, sand dunes, hills and uplands to explore. The 13,300-acre park includes the jagged pinnacles of the Boney Mountains State Wilderness Area.
There are more than 70 miles of hiking trails for all visitors to enjoy. The beautiful beach in the park also features swimming, body surfing and surf fishing. This Los Angeles attraction also features campsites which are available for use by calling the parks department for reservations. Point Mugu State Park also now offers AT&T Wi-Fi service for those that need to either do a little work while relaxing or just like having internet access with them at all times. The service can be accessed from within a 150 foot range base of the Sycamore Cove Ranger Station.
