Located in the world famous Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA, Circa 55 is a new treat for all restaurant lovers. This top-end steakhouse uses hand-selected local produce complemented by hearty prime steaks and fresh seafood, combining it all into an artful Californian dining experience.

This Los Angeles restaurant reflects the architecture of the hotel with floor-to-ceiling glass panels on the restaurant's eastern side, allowing diners a view through the towering palm trees next to the hotel's pool.

Head Chef Sean Dent oversees all signature dishes including Ahi tuna, roasted rack of lamb, prime porterhouse, butter-poached Maine Lobster, Caviar, a Brown Derby Cobb salad — and even brioche French toast.
