At the Beverly Hills location, the first thing that will awe all guests is a magnificent 27-ft tall wine cellar that encases the entryway and main lobby of the restaurant. Throughout the restaurant there are colorful murals that depict scenes of the Gaucho lifestyle and culture in Brazil. The atmosphere is even more enhanced by the dark wood and dramatic lighting.

The biggest difference at Fogo de Chão, besides the exceptional food, is the quality of service one experiences at this Los Angeles restaurant . Instead of ordering from a traditional menu, the chefs actually come to the table and offer continuous service of 15 different cuts of fire-roasted meats. To control the flow of food coming to the table, each guest is given a two-sided color-coded disc. The red side indicates a stopping point and the green side will bring continuous service to that diner until it is turned back to red. The entire experience is set off with a delicious and vast buffet style salad bar, which carries an array of different salads, dressings, cheeses, meats and vegetables. Traditional dishes of warm cheese bread, fried bananas, crispy hot polenta and seasoned mashed potatoes are automatically brought to each table and are replenished the minute they are empty throughout the course of the dining experience.
