Hummingbird Nest Ranch is a private estate featuring 10 event sites and a limited number of guesthouses approx. 20 rooms for our visitors from out of town.  We are not a hotel.

Hummingbird Nest has an intimate terraced patio for 75 guests or our Grand Prix Lawn (180,000sq ft) will seat 500 to 2000 guests for a premier gala, the field can be tented or open field.  We are accessible by private auto or helicopter.  We are very private which appeals to our (and your) most discriminating clients.  

Hummingbird Nest is a 140 acre estate 45 minutes north of Los Angeles International Airport and 30 minutes from Burbank Airport.  We are 45 minutes from Beverly Hills, 35 minutes from the Four Seasons in Westlake Village and 20 minutes from Warner Center Marriott, Woodland Hills. We are 15 minutes to the Grand Vista in Simi Valley or the Posada Royal.
