We have 7 sound proofed, fully back-lined rehearsal studios for hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rental.
 
Whether you're an artist looking for a place to play or a signed band gearing up to gig, tour, or record; our studios and sound stage provide an excellent environment to rehearse in and everything you need to “Get Ready For The Show!”.

 
 Our studios are equipped with Marshall and Behringer guitar and bass Cabs; Pearl, Gretch, Yamaha, Curry Custom and Mapex drum kits & hardware.

 
RATES
Small Studios (14’x16’) - $15/hr.
Medium Studios (14’x20’) - $18/hr.
Large Studios (28’x16’) - $22/hr.
 
INSTRUMENT RENTALS From baby grands to strings, guitars and keyboards we have the gear you need for your rehearsals.  Book in advance and we'll have your studio arranged for you with the gear you need.
 
SPECIALS JUNE - JULY: MDM's 32-SPECIAL
Every Monday (all day) and Tuesday through Friday (10am-4pm) rent any studio for 2 hours and you'll get an additional hour on us.
 
LOCATION We’re conveniently located just south of CA-134 and east of I-5 where I-5 and CA-134 meet. There is always plenty of (free) parking at MDM.
