As a former coach of Olympic athletes for 20 years, I bring a unique approach to psychotherapy. I have the ability to let you find your own answers and your own way, yet will gently guide you to find your optimum level of functioning; your best self.

I believe strongly in the transformational power of therapy and in each person's innate ability to heal. I will work with you to discover the roots of the issue and then provide behavioral tools to help you eventually manage issues on your own.

I work with individuals and couples, children, adolescents and adults. I am a registered BBS Intern (IMF 49373), supervised by B. Spier, MFT, (MFC 40162).
