Its actually upstairs in a duplex but they don't rent out the bottom floor, very peaceful.
I'm posting this for my roommate because I'm moving back east in August. She is an airline pilot which makes for a great roommate. She's on flights about half the month and otherwise a pretty quiet person. She's in her early 30's and past her major party days (ie - won't be dragging home randoms from The Pier).
