Description
Ride for Life will raise awareness for the annual 7-day AIDS/Lifecycle bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. A percentage of the proceeds will go to the AIDS/Lifecycle 9, which is co-produced by the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.

AIDS/LifeCycle raises funds to support the HIV/AIDS services that the LA Gay & Lesbian Center provides. The Center provides pharmacy services, mental health counseling, HIV testing, health education and prevention, diagnosis counseling and case management referral, at-risk youth counseling, HIV specific medical care (through the Jeffrey Goodman Special Care Clinic), and addiction counseling.
Special guest Michael Barron, Director of AIDS/Lifecycle, will be in attendance to present information on behalf of AIDS/Lifcycle.
