Mixed level class designed to slowly and carefully work on strength, flexibility and balance. The focus is on unblocking the resistance in our joints, muscles and minds, and restoring the weak energy links in our mind/body system. We do not do difficult acrobatic postures. Simple hatha yoga that will definitely challenge you!
